CHEESE TYPE

BLUE

Distinctive blue or green veins of edible mold give this popular cheese its name and add a uniquely strong taste that could only come from blue cheese.

BRIE

Brie often forms the centrepiece of any well-considered cheeseboard with its gorgeously bloomy white rind, and smooth, creamy body that gets tastier as it nears room temperature.
