Can I change or cancel my Nibbl order?
We really hope you’re kidding! But on the off chance you do wish to cancel, if prior to 48 hours minimum to your delivery date, please email support@nibblcheese.com and we will be happy to assist.
Once your order is fulfilled, your order cannot be changed or cancelled. -
Can I substitute items in my Nibbl bundle?
Nibbling, yes, subbing no! Unfortunately we cannot accommodate substitutions.
Nibbl cheese bundles have been designed by our cheese experts to provide a unique and yummy experience. -
Is there a maximum number of boxes per order?
For regular orders, we allow to purchase up to 9 cheese boxes per order.
If you're interested in purchasing 10 boxes or more, reach out to us via the contact form on our corporate gifting page.

Why did I receive another product than the one indicated in the gift box description that I ordered?
Some products may be replaced by a similar product that we love just as much due to a lack of inventory.

How should I store my delicious Nibbl cheeses?
In the fridge… but don’t leave it there too long or someone else might be tempted to sample your Nibbl cheeses before you do!

How much cheese should I serve? Can you ever serve too much?
It depends… and no! Serve plenty but if you really want to keep it reasonable…
As a rule of thumb 30 - 60g (between 1 - 2 oz) of each type of cheese per person is a good amount. But feel free to offer more, who are we to stop you! Your guests certainly won’t complain. -
Where can I find ingredients, nutrition info and allergens of each product?

Are any of your products Kosher and/or Halal certified?
A handful of our cheese products are Kosher and/or Halal certified.

Shipping & Delivery

Will deliveries be impacted following the Canada Post strike announcement?
Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, delivery services may be impacted depending on your region.
We are closely monitoring the contract negotiations between Canada Post and the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW). Ensuring food quality and safety remain our top priority, and we are
working diligently with our carriers to navigate the situation and mitigate its
impact on our consumers.Our customer service team will provide updates as they become available. If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us at support@nibblcheese.com.
Regional Delivery Updates:
- Quebec and Ontario (Central Locations): Delivery services are maintained. Orders to major centres such as Montreal, Ottawa, Quebec City, and Toronto will be delivered as scheduled by Courrier Plus and Obibox.
- Maritimes, Quebec & Ontario (Outer Locations), and Other Regions Serviced by Purolator: Delivery services are suspended. Due to high volumes, Purolator depots are working hard to process all deliveries as quickly as possible. If your order is delayed, please contact our customer service at support@nibblcheese.com.

Can I arrange a specific date for my Nibbl order to arrive?
You bet! You’re The Big Cheese as far as your order is concerned!
During the purchase process you will be able to choose the date you wish to have your order delivered - please make sure you are at home to receive your Nibbl order when it arrives. -
Does someone need to be available for the delivery?
Preferably, yes. Your Nibbl order needs to be refrigerated soon after delivery.
If you can’t be there, please arrange to have your order put in the fridge within one hour after delivery. Otherwise, your parcel may be left on your doorstep (at your own risk). If you are not available at the exact time of drop off, the carrier will leave your order on your doorstep if it is deemed safe to do so. If the carrier does not feel that the order should be left unattended, they will provide you details of the closest pick up location. -
Can I change my delivery date after submitting my order?
If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we are able to adjust your delivery date. Please email support@nibblcheese.com for assistance.

Do you charge for shipping?
Free shipping is available for orders of $85 and over!
Ontario & Quebec Deliveries
Orders under $85 will be charged a $15 (flat rate) delivery fee. The standard $15 delivery fee is waived for orders $85 and over (after discounts and promo codes have been applied).
New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island & Nova Scotia Deliveries
Orders under $85 will be charged a $20 (flat rate) delivery fee. The standard $20 delivery fee is waived for orders $85 and over (after discounts and promo codes have been applied).

Do you ship to all Canadian Provinces?
No, not yet - but we’re working on it!
We currently deliver across most of Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia. Please ensure your postal code is correct prior to placing your order.For everywhere else... we’re constantly improving our delivery options! Can you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately not... but there’s a very good reason for this.
Nibbl orders generally need to stay fresh; a cool environment is ideal and PO boxes can be too warm for our goods. -
How will I receive my items?
From our door straight to yours, packaged with care!
Our customer service team
will coordinate your delivery depending on your area. Your delivery carrier will be confirmed with your postal code when you place your order.Deliveries are made weekly, Tuesday through Friday*, between 8am and 6pm.
*Friday deliveries are currently only available in larger cities. Some exceptions apply.
Choose the delivery day that is best for you and arrange for someone to be there to receive it.
Your Nibbl. order will be carefully packaged in an insulated cooler with ice packs. The container is designed to keep your products fresh during transit. Upon receipt of your delivery, please unpack it immediately and refrigerate anything that requires it.
Delivery is currently available within Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia (some exceptions apply). We are constantly reviewing and expanding our network. Please confirm your delivery address by providing your postal code during the ordering process.

Will my order come in a Nibbl. mint gift box?
Not all orders.
Products sold individually in the Mix & Match section, such as cheese, pairings and boards do not come in a Nibbl. mint gift box, but they will be carefully shipped directly in our cardboard box with proper packaging to keep products fresh during transit.

What is the first thing I should do when my Nibbl order arrives?
Unpack it! Don't leave your Nibbl parcel out with everything else on the porch!
Please check if all items are correct by unpacking your order and storing all refrigerated products immediately. If anything is missing or not right, please contact us at support@nibblcheese.com -
What is your return policy?
Some things simply aren’t returnable... delicious fresh cheese is one of them.

Which payment methods can I use to pay for my Nibbl order?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify Pay. -
When will my credit card be charged?
When we begin to fulfill your order!
Your credit card will be pre-authorized when you first place your order. Full payment will be taken when we begin to fufill your order, approximately 48 hours prior to delivery, or if your order has been placed well in advance to delivery date, payment will be captured 1 week after order placement. You will receive an email confirmation once it’s been fulfilled. -
Will my credit card information be stored?
No, we do not keep any credit card information on file.

Do you charge tax?
Yes, when applicable!
Taxes will be collected on certain Nibbl items as per federal and provincial tax laws.
