Delivery Update Due to Canada Post Strike

Due to the ongoing strike, delivery services may be impacted depending on your region. We are closely monitoring the contract negotiations between Canada Post and the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW). Ensuring food quality and safety remain our top priority, and we are working diligently with our carriers to navigate the situation and mitigate its impact on our consumers.

Regional Delivery Updates: 

  • Quebec and Ontario (Central Locations):Delivery services are maintained. Orders to major centres such as Montreal, Ottawa, Quebec City, and Toronto will be delivered as scheduled by Courrier Plus and Obibox. 
  • Maritimes, Quebec & Ontario (Outer Locations), and Other Regions Serviced by Purolator: Delivery services are suspended. Due to high volumes, Purolator depots are working hard to process all deliveries as quickly as possible. If your order is delayed, please contact our customer service at support@nibblcheese.com. 
 

Ordering

Our Nibbl. team works hard to get your cheesy package delivered as quick as possible. All orders require a minimum of 2 business days to process before delivery. Friendly advice from one cheese lover to another: if you order for a special occasion, please select a delivery date 24hrs prior to ensure you receive it in time.

 

Shipping Policy

Delivery days are from Tuesday to Friday scheduled between 8am and 6pm except during holidays. Friday deliveries are currently only available in larger cities. Some exceptions apply. We do not ship to PO boxes or freight forwarders.

As we want you to enjoy the best Nibbl. delivery experience possible, please make sure you or someone else is present when the order arrives.

If you are not available during drop off, the carrier will leave the order on your doorstep if it is safe to do so or will provide details to retrieve the package to the closest pick-up location. Please make sure to pick-up your package if the case during the allocated time or it will be returned to our warehouse otherwise. 

Although we’re experts at everything cheese, we unfortunately can’t always control what happens once the package leaves our warehouse. Delivery delays can occur caused by circumstances outside of our control such as extreme weather or on part of our carrier service (order may come up to 24hrs after selected delivery date).

Your Nibbl. order will be carefully packaged in an insulated cooler with ice packs. The container is designed to keep your products fresh during transit. Upon receipt of your delivery, please unpack it immediately and refrigerate anything that requires it.

We’ve made gifting ch-easy for you: orders can be shipped to a different address than the billing address. After entering your shipping address at checkout, select “Use a different billing address”.

Ontario & Quebec Deliveries

Free shipping on orders $85 and more (after discounts and promo codes have been applied).

A $15 standard delivery fee will be charged on orders under $85.

New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island & Nova Scotia Deliveries

Free shipping on orders $85 and over (after discounts and promo codes have been applied).

A $20 standard delivery fee will be charged on orders under $85.

At this time, delivery is available to ON, QC, NB, PEI and NS provinces only, but we are working to share our cheese expertise in more provinces and territories in the future. Feel free to sign up to our newsletter and be the first to know when we expand!

Return Policy

Some things simply aren’t returnable... delicious fresh cheese is one of them. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.

Furthermore, no refund will be issued for:

  • A package delivered to an incorrect shipping address.
  • A package delivered on time but left at the doorstep too long after delivery.
  • A package that was not retrieved at the pick-up location after the allocated time.

We will attempt to redeliver if a delivery is failed the first time, but if it fails a second time, we will consider the order completed.
