Romano is similar to other hard ripened cheeses, but offers a saltier and sharper bite that adds a pleasantly tangy flavour to a wide variety of dishes. Traditionally imported Romano cheese is made from sheep’s milk and ranges in colour from white to straw yellow. Product from Italy.
