The ‘King of Parmesan’, Parmigiano Reggiano cheese is produced in the Parma region of Italy and is expertly aged for 18 months minimum. The milk used to produce this cheese gives it a unique taste, that is rich, nutty and well-rounded. Savour it on it’s own, with a touch of good quality balsamic vinegar or grated over pasta.
Ingredients: Raw Milk, Bacterial Culture, Salt, Rennet.
Cut chunks and arrange on a plate with black olives and coarse black pepper - let guests grind it to their own individual taste.
