Maître Jules is a light orange soft surface-ripened cheese with a washed rind, that matures slowly, creating a flavour reminiscent of alpine dairies with notes of ripe fruit and cooked milk. As it ripens the texture becomes soft and creamy with overtones of honey that remain on the palate.
Ingredients: Pasteurized Milk, Modified Milk Ingredients, Pasteurized Cream, Bacterial Culture, Salt, Calcium Chloride, Microbial Enzyme.
